At NEDCON, sustainable employability of employees is key. However, the way in which we promote sustainable employability can differ depending on the context of each country where we are located. Our branches in the Netherlands, America and France focus primarily on well-being and flexibility. At our site in the Czech Republic, the emphasis is on safety and employee development at the production site. Through different approaches and strategies, we try to ensure that our employees at all sites feel valued and supported in their personal and professional growth. This ensures optimally functioning employees and will contribute to long-term sustainable employability.
