We regularly receive feedback that there is a very positive work experience at NEDCON. We strive to not only maintain this work experience, but even optimize it. Strengthening the Team Spirit
We want to further strengthen cooperation and team spirit among employees. We do this by organizing team building activities, workshops and social events. Our staff association organizes several activities per year in which employees can participate. In addition, each department receives an annual budget to organize a team activity with the employees of a specific department. Team meetings will also be held regularly to promote open and constructive communication. Sharing successes and celebrating accomplishments will contribute to a positive and stimulating work environment.
Promoting Autonomy and Responsibility
At NEDCON, we strive to give employees more autonomy and responsibility in their tasks and projects. The company will encourage managers to involve employees in decision-making processes and give them room to work independently. This promotes a sense of ownership and makes employees more engaged in their work.

To further optimize the work experience, we will invest in employees’ personal development and growth opportunities. We will conduct career conversations to discuss individual goals and ambitions and establish training plans. By offering training courses, workshops and mentoring programs, employees will be encouraged to continuously develop themselves.

We want to create a flexible working environment that takes into account employees’ work-life balance needs. Offering flexible working hours, options to work from home and customized leave arrangements will contribute to a better work-life balance, which will improve the overall work experience.
