At NEDCON, we believe that the well-being of our employees is essential to a healthy and productive work environment. Therefore, we have introduced several initiatives to promote vitality and well-being, giving our employees the opportunity to stay healthy both physically and mentally. Free fruit
One of the daily benefits we offer our employees is free fresh fruit. We believe that healthy food helps maintain energy and boost concentration and productivity. By offering fresh fruit daily, we encourage our employees to make healthy choices and embrace a healthy lifestyle.

Friday afternoon workout
One Friday a month, we host a “VriMiWo. This stands for Friday afternoon workout. During this session, our employees have the opportunity to participate in an active session guided by a professional personal trainer. These sessions can range from group classes, such as yoga or a boot camp, to individual training sessions. In this way, we do not only want to encourage physical activity, but also promote team building and a positive atmosphere.

Own vitality room
We are currently in the process of building our own vitality room to provide even more opportunities for physical activity and relaxation, in addition to the VriMiWo. The room will feature fitness equipment and enough space for group activities. In doing so, we recognize that a healthy lifestyle is not only about physical activity, but also about finding balance and relaxation. Therefore, we want to offer our employees an environment where they can take care of both their bodies and minds. Our vitality room will also provide space for meditation, mindfulness sessions and other activities aimed at promoting mental well-being.
